Specifics:
- ni.announce is currently un-moderated and it is desired that it should stay this way.
- The newsgroup should not be used for conversation and all posts should have Followup-To: headers set to another relevant ni.* group. The ni.* Co-ordinator reserves the right to cancel off-topic posts and followups to any original announce post.
- Check if your announcement is more relevant in another group first. e.g Are you annoucing you onderful new web site? Post to ni.www instead.
